  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear will not be eligible for return.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear pictures/videos as proof.

  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund.

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via:

    • Bank transfer, or

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the shipping cost.

  • For other reasons (change of mind, etc.), the customer may need to bear the return shipping charges.
